The Greek Association of Supply Chain Management (GASCM) is a non-profit association and at the same time one of the oldest official organization for the promotion of the science of Logistics in our country.
Our association consists of professionals and executives from Greek and multinational companies, organizations from both the private and public sectors, entrepreneurs, academics, young professionals, students, and individuals active in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
The GREEK ASSOCIATION OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT was founded in 1997 with the aim of disseminating Logistics knowledge throughout the country, particularly in Northern Greece, providing scientific documentation to interested parties regarding the industry. Additionally, through proposals to the state and relevant bodies, it has already become part of a broader framework contributing to the development of the Logistics and Supply Chain sector in Greece.
The activities of GASCM include: (i) organizing informative workshops, seminars, and meetings in collaboration with other entities sharing similar goals, (ii) systematically producing and disseminating reliable and up-to-date informational material, (iii) interventions and representations in decision-making spaces, (iv) developing and supporting a business and scientific Logistics hub in Southeastern Europe, (v) enhancing communication, collaboration, and scientific and professional support for its members, and (vi) cooperation and exchange of experiences with national and international organizations and institutions with similar purposes and objectives.
Our vision is to be the driving force behind a community of specialized professionals and organizations contributing to the formation of a resilient and responsible Supply Chain ecosystem.
